Chasing our dream!
Our blogs are done totally at random between the writer and the artist. In this case, its the artist writing. You might be able to tell the difference between our writing styles as mine sucks completely. I was horrible at grammar when I was in school so needless to say, this is a painfully arduous task.
So, as you know we’re working on Tag, a graphic novel that tells the story of Push, a young artist with dreams of the world recognizing his art through tagging. In a way, the main character symbolizes the writer and myself. We’ve been making comics together since our freshman year of high school where we created characters based on people we would encounter in real life (Some which will even make appearances in this comic ;))
Creating has always been a passion that we share. We’ve decided that through hell and high water we WILL get this comic out to the world. Tag is much more than just a great story and gorgeous, exqusite, breath taking, art; (see I don’t even know if I’m supposed to use a semi-colon here) It’s our passion materialized into something tangible for the world to see. We are passionate and hungry, so in the near future don’t be suprised if you start hearing the name Tag in the same conversations which such titles Naruto and Bleach….ermmm maybe not bleach (yuck).
That’s all I have to say for now. Oh yeah in every blog we drop a little tidbit about the friendship between the writer and myself. We have an ongoing rivalry in a game called Tekken Tag Tournament. The writer typically plays Hwoarang while I use Jin Kazama. The battles typically result in cursing, fist fights, and the destruction of property. I think we’ve been banned from playing in some states.
Battles look like this:
But they feel like this:

That’s all for now! Peace!
